Do we cover your address?

Yes, if the apartment or house sits inside Kyiv or within 40 km of the ring road. Anything further is quoted per visit and capped at three projects per month, so travel time never eats the design fee.

Kyiv city
Podil, Pechersk, Holosiiv, Shevchenkivskyi, Darnytskyi. Two survey visits included.
Kyiv Oblast
Brovary, Boryspil, Vyshneve, Obukhiv, Irpin, Bucha. Included up to 40 km.
Outer radius
40 to 80 km, travel charged per visit, maximum two site trips.
Remote
Any location. Three video walkthroughs and a client-taken survey set replace the site visit.

Outside the radius we still draw concepts, but we do not manage measurements abroad. Unsure where your project lands? Book a constraint call and we will confirm coverage before any fee is discussed.

What happens after you book a constraint call?

You send four inputs, we reply within one business day, and the call turns them into a written scope note.

Prepare before the call

Drawings
A floor plan, or rough room dimensions in metres.
Photos
Two or three wide shots per room, taken from each corner.
Budget band
Your working range and the number you will not pass.
Keep list
Furniture, art or appliances that must stay in the plan.

Response expectations

First reply
Within 1 business day, by email or phone.
Call length
45 minutes on space, storage, style and budget.
Scope note
Within 3 working days, stating what the design fee includes.
Before survey
No fixed price and no timeline promise.

The call is a residential design consultation only. Construction management and contractor costs stay outside our fee. Check that your district sits inside the service area, then send the four inputs.
