1. Services
We provide residential interior design: space planning, concept boards, drawings and specifications, furniture, lighting and finishing selection, and author supervision. Construction and engineering works are excluded unless agreed in writing.
2. Quotes, price and timeline
Prices and deadlines are indicative until a written quote and schedule are issued. Work starts after written approval and the first instalment. Changes to scope or premises are confirmed in writing and may adjust price and timing. Before ordering you receive the information required by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
3. Client duties and remote design
You confirm authority over the premises and supply accurate measurements, plans, permits and technical data, answering approval requests on time; late input extends the schedule. We serve Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine, and design remotely elsewhere. Remote work depends on data you supply; site conditions must be verified by qualified local specialists, and we do not guarantee contractors' workmanship.
4. Intellectual property
Concepts, drawings and images remain our property. After full payment you receive a licence to use the documentation for the specific premises. Publication or reuse elsewhere requires written consent; we may show projects in an anonymised portfolio.
5. Liability
We are liable for direct damage caused by our fault, limited to the fee paid for the affected stage. We are not liable for indirect losses or third-party works. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Complaints, disputes and law
Send complaints to contact@businessforrum.com or by post; we reply within 30 calendar days. Unresolved disputes may go to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court. Advertising follows Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'. Ukrainian law governs; the published version of these Terms applies.
