A fee buys drawings, schedules and specifications only. Construction works, permits, furniture and site supervision are contracted separately, and no fixed cost is quoted before a survey.
Our bands are indicative. They move only when measured area, ceiling height or storage volume changes the drawing set. The limits below are stated in writing before the first invoice.
Indicative fees are confirmed in writing after the survey and scope approval. Compare the three design fee bands or book a survey.
